Goa Lawah/bat cave temple
Is a Hindu temple located in the east Bali is considered as one of the six sanctuaries of the world ( Sad Kahyangan Jagad) worshiped by Hindu people in whole island of Bali. Hence its name, Goa Lawah = Bat Cave, this temple is noted for built around a cave opening inhabited by bats.

Kusamba/Sea salt making village
One of the most interesting thing to discover in this village is its traditional salt production. Salt from this village/Kusamba is produced using traditional tools and known has very good quality. The saturated sands by the sea water is taken to the salt making hut, they strain more sea water to it to wash out salt and then the salt water is poured into a shallow trough made out of palm trees. The trough is lined up along the shore during the salt making period .As the sun evaporates the water, the dry salt is taken and put them into basket and just ready to be consumed.

Padangbai/Blue Lagoon
Padang bai is known as the main port at the eastern part of bali where people catch ferry or fast boat to main island lombok,Gili etc. Its not far from this port there is the hidden beach named Blue Lagoon with green and rocky hills on both side,blue water, best spot for snorkel without the boat just right off from the coastline to find beautiful coral and fishes only few metres away.

Candidasa/Lagoon and Lotus pond
Known as place to stay at the eastern part of Bali also for its dive spots with spesific ecosytem, one of the icon of this area is Lotus lagoon which is easy to reach, being right along the main road and easily visible.

Tirta Gangga/Royal Water Palace
Still in the east of Bali, further eastwards, is the Tirta Gangga, a former Royal Water Palace for Bali’s past kingdom dynasty. It comprises some bathing pools, multi-tiered fountains, ubiquitous stone sculptures, flower bed gardens in the surrounding, and a very scenic backdrop of vast rice fields and mount Agung.

Pura Luhur Lempuyang/Gate of heaven
Despite this already legendary temple of Besakih,Pura Luhur Lempuyang is another iconic temple to Hindu people in Bali that ages for some centuries with several stage complexes running up to the top of a sky-scrapping hill measuring up to the imposing mount Agung in the background. Here exists the classic Balinese architecture-designed gate, the one that has become famous recently for its panoramic aerial view that is as if were floating in the heaven.
