Our rates include, 10-hour English driver service (we don’t offer refunds for unused hours), comfortable modern clean car, fuel, hotel pick-up & drop-off in Kuta,, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Denpasar area, If you require pick-up/drop-off in other areas such as Ubud, Candidasa, Padang Bay, Tanah Lot please contact us, The rates above are subject to maximum  120km distance traveled (10 hour duration). The extra charge applied at USD 5 (6 seater car) USD 15 (14+ seater minibus) every 20 km or every 1 hour extra.

Our personal itinerary developer will contact you few days before tours to find out what you’re looking and whether we’re the right fit for each other, or you can set up your own custom itineraries and send to us by whatsapp or email

It’s important to match you with the guide, Different guides have different specialties: history, culture, food, and sport, we will assign a driver one day before your first pick-up. we hire experienced & professional drivers.

If you wish to use our 10-hour service after arrival then we will pick up you at the airport. If Airport transfer only, We highly recommend the official airport taxis and start using our service from the next day.

We understand that your plans might be out of control so we allow you super easy, free of charge change & cancelations.

We never ask for deposits / down payment. to change or cancelation simply send us an email or chat or call us at latest 12 hours before pick up scheduled, You can cancel some or all remaining days. Simply ask your driver or email us. We will not charge any cancelation fee.

It’s our mission to keep our clients and our team happy, so we think 50% is fair for last minute cancelation
