<p>So what are the foods that you simply must not miss out when you’re in <a href="https://balitravelo.com/">Bali</a>? Check out these 10 delicious options :</p>
<h1>1. BANANA FRITTER AKA PISANG GORENG</h1>
<div class="attribution-info"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-967" src="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/pisang-goreng-300x171.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="314" srcset="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/pisang-goreng-300x171.jpg 300w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/pisang-goreng-500x286.jpg 500w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/pisang-goreng-550x314.jpg 550w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/pisang-goreng-400x229.jpg 400w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/pisang-goreng.jpg 700w" sizes="(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px" /></div>
<div class="attribution-info">Bali has different types of banana ranging from smaller size to large ones that resemble a weapon. They all have different taste yet still distinctly sweet, so whichever variety a Balinese choose to fry a banana, these bananas will end up making a delicate and crunchy banana fritter. To make it an even more tantalizing dessert, a drip of honey or palm sugar syrup with a sprinkle of flaked coconut or ice cream will complete this heavenly sweet treat. Even if you just chance upon it on the roadside vendors, a plain pisang goreng will make your day.</div>
<h1>2. FRIED NOODLE AKA MIE GORENG.</h1>
<p><img decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-968" src="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-300x169.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="309" srcset="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-300x169.jpg 300w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-768x432.jpg 768w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-1013x570.jpg 1013w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-500x281.jpg 500w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-550x309.jpg 550w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-700x394.jpg 700w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng-400x225.jpg 400w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/mie-goreng.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px" /></p>
<p>Along with fried rice, they make a staple food for many Indonesian. This creation is also suitable for any foreigner’s tongue with a stirred noodle along with fresh vegetables and a choice of pork, shrimp or chicken. A small serving of pickled vegetables that are sweet, sour and tangy will complete your fried noodle experience.</p>

It is unlikely for you to ever get a bad taste of Nasi Goreng in Bali, because Balinese chefs and locals are so accustomed to preparing this simple comfort food.</p>
<h1>4. SATAY AKA SATE</h1>
<p><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-970" src="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="367" srcset="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-300x200.jpg 300w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-768x512.jpg 768w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-855x570.jpg 855w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-500x333.jpg 500w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-550x367.jpg 550w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-700x467.jpg 700w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam-400x267.jpg 400w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/sate-ayam.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px" /></p>
<p>Bali satay is definitely different from the usual satay you’ve tried at Malaysia or any other part of Indonesia for that matter. Instead of chicken chunks, the meat is blended with variety of spices. Using a stick, usually from lemongrass, the mash of meat will then be melded through and grilled to perfection. They are famously served with peanut sauce which just adds a nice flavor to the satay.</p>
<h1>5. SUCKLING PIG AKA BABI GULING</h1>
<div class="attribution-info"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-971" src="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-300x170.jpg" alt="" width="550" height="311" srcset="https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-300x170.jpg 300w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-1024x579.jpg 1024w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-768x434.jpg 768w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-1009x570.jpg 1009w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-500x283.jpg 500w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-550x311.jpg 550w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-700x396.jpg 700w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling-400x226.jpg 400w, https://balitravelo.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/babi-guling.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px" /></div>
<div></div>
<div class="attribution-info">You won’t get this anywhere, as this is the trademark and famed dish in Bali. With several spice ingredients such as turmeric, lime leaves, chillies, garlic, pepper and others, the pig will be stuffed then roasted over coconut husks or wood grill until it is super crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. This is definitely not to be missed when you are in Bali.</div>
