The twin lakes, Buyan lake and Tamblingan lake, is another fascinating tourist attraction in Bali island. Located in Buleleng regency, the two lakes was called as the twin lakes because it appears just like a twin lake with charming attraction. While visiting this place, you can actually feel the naturalness of the nature around the lakes for example, you will not find any motor boats in these two lakes because the local people use only small boats without any engine while fishing in these lakes. The air is cool and green plantations surrounding the mountain where these lakes are located. These are the perfect spots to do the fishing activities or canoeing. If you are lucky enough, you can also see groups of monkey around this gorgeous place.
Buyan and Tamblingan Lake Location
The twin lake is located is a very strategic location because it is surrounded by 3 famous tourist attractions, which are the Ulun Danu Bedugul Temple, Gitgit waterfall, and also Lovina beach where you can see the lovina dolphins. The Buyan lake and Tamblingan lake is located in Sukasada district, which is about 21 km south of Singaraja, in the edge of the street that connect the Denpasar and Singaraja.

Facilities and Accommodation
This tourist attraction also provides a spacious parking area that is located at the edge of the lake. You can also rent a boat or “pedahu” in a rental place in this lake so that you can go fishing in the middle of Buyan lake or Tamblingan lake, or you can just enjoy the atmosphere of the lakes on top of a boat. If you want to stay or spend a night in this area, you don’t need to worry since there are some nice hotels that you can visit such as Anheim Villa Lake Buyan and Care Resort Bali.
